Celebrated for ourseasoned managers and dedicated staff, we honor the social services of retired teachers, doctors, and police personnel with annual award ceremonies on August 15 and January 26. Raghavendra D. Nayak is the Founder and Managing Director of the Godavari Group, with its roots in Hubballi and Gokarna. A visionary entrepreneur and respected cooperative leader, he began his journey at a young age and built multiple successful ventures across finance, manufacturing, hospitality, and social development. Inspired by strong values and discipline, he established Godavari Souhardha Sahakari in 2010 with a mission to provide transparent, people-centric financial services.
Under his leadership, the institution has grown into a trusted cooperative with multiple branches, modern banking practices, and strong community impact. Beyond business, Mr. Nayak is deeply committed to social welfare, education support, disaster relief, and rural development. His contributions have earned him several state and national recognitions. Known for integrity, service-minded leadership, and long-term vision, he continues to guide the Godavari Group toward sustainable growth and social responsibility.

Ms. Savita G serves as the Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic leadership and operational direction to the organization. She oversees overall performance, policy execution, and regulatory compliance while driving customer-focused growth. ROOPALI NAYAK
Ms. Roopali Nayak serves as the Human Resources Officer, playing a vital role in building a motivated, disciplined, and people-centric workforce.
